The ingredients needed to prepare Easy pulao:
  1. You need rice
  2. You need water
  3. Get sliced onion
  4. Take cloves
  5. Get green cardamom
  6. Provide ginger-garlic paste
  7. Prepare cinnamon stick
  8. Get bay leaves
  9. Take Salt
  10. Prepare orange food colour
  11. Prepare ghee
  12. You need Kewra water
Steps to make Easy pulao:
  1. Soak rice for 30 mins. Drain excess water.
  2. Now add ghee to your cooking utensil. Add onions fry for 2 mins. Now add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick. Fry till onion becomes golden brown. Now add Ginger garlic paste. Futher fry for 2 mins.
  3. Now add rice. Cook for 2 mins
  4. Add water, bay leaves and salt. Cook on high flame till water evaporates (5mins) now cook on low flame till the rice is cooked properly.
  5. Add a pinch of food colour in Kewra water and sprinkle it on the cooked rice.
  6. Cook for 2 mins on medium flame. Leave for 10 mins. Serve with any gravy of your choice.
