  1. Provide 2 eggs, m
  2. Provide 150 g confectioner's sugar
  3. Prepare 170 g flour
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp anise
Steps to make Anise Christmas cookies:
  1. In a small pan roast anise until fragrant. Put them on a cutting board and cut a little smaller.

  6. In a cookie box they can be kept for up to 4 weeks.
