- boil water until 80Β°C, Stir in Salt & Sugar

- divide dough into 2, then into 2 again Until it reach 64 pieces…

- Cooking: bring 1/2 pot of water to boil, add in 1 tablespoon of salt. put in around 10 pcs of dumpling, stir slowly So it won't Stick together!
- Once the dumpling floated add in 1/2 cup Cold water, Cover With lid bring to boil again, repeat these step for another 2 times, dumpling Shall be ready after these.
