  1. Get 170 g Linguine pasta
  2. You need 30 g grated parmesan cheese
  3. Provide 30 g grated pecorino cheese
  4. Use 75 g chopped pancetta
  5. Use 1 large egg
  6. Take 1 large garlic clove
  7. You need 25 g salted butter

  1. Pour boiling water in a large saucepan and add the linguine. Simmer for 12 minutes till cooked.
