The ingredients needed to make Roasted Carrots:
- You need 1 Handful Carrots,
- Get 1/4 Cup Canola / Peanut / Grapeseed Oil,
- Take 2 Cloves Garlic Grated,
- You need Pinch Nori Flakes,
- Take Pinch Shichimi Togarashi,
- Provide Pinch Sea Salt,
- Get Pinch Dried Mushroom Powder,
Instructions to make Roasted Carrots:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius or 360 fahrenheit. - - Lined parchment paper onto a baking tray. - - Wash the carrots thoroughly. - - Trim off excess stems and roots.
- Pad dry with a kitchen paper. - - Transfer onto the prepared baking tray. - - In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, nori flakes, togarashi, salt and mushroom powder. - - Stir until well combined.
- Rub the carrots well with the oil mixture. - - Wack into the oven and bake for 15 mins or until the carrots are fork tender. - - If the garlic browned before the carrots are baked, remove the garlic and transfer into a small bowl. Do not discard.
- Remove from oven and transfer onto serving plate. - - Drizzle all the leftover oil mixture and garlic from the baking tray over the carrots. - - You can garnish with some fresh shredded carrots and herbs of your choice. - - Serve immediately.
