- Prepare 32 oz jar of garlic & onion spaghetti sauce
- You need 20 oz part skim ricotta cheese
- Take 4 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- Take 12 oz shredded mozz or italian blend cheese
- Use 1 egg
- Use 4 oz frozen chopped spinach- thawed and drained
- Use 18 large pasta shells- cooked and drained
- Use 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- Take to taste cracked pepper

- Preheat oven to 400°F
- In a small bowl, mix the parmesan and mozzarella cheese,this will be divided in half.
