- Take 1 cup Boiled & Sprouted Chickpeas
- You need 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- Use 6 tsp Extra virgin Olive Oil
- Use 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- You need 2 pieces Garlic
- Get 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

- Provide Water to grind Hummus

- Soak overnight & sprout the chickpeas by draining water & placing it on warm place.
- Add the sprouted Chickpeas into pressure cooker with water & cook for 2 whistles.
