  1. You need 300 g new potatoes, skins on
  2. Get Salt
  3. Take 1 tbsp vegetable oil, preferably cold-pressed
  4. You need 2 banana shallots, chopped
  5. You need 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  6. Get 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
  7. Get 1 tin corned beef, cubed
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  9. Get 2 eggs
  10. You need Ground black pepper
Instructions to make Corned Beef Hash:
  1. Par-boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, the cut them into cubes. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a largish frying pan to medium-high. Fry the shallots, garlic and pepper for 4-5 minutes or until all is lightly coloured but not burnt, occasionally gently stirring.
  3. Add the potatoes, gently but thoroughly stirring all together and pressing down to slightly mash. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, until the potatoes are very slightly browning.
