  2. You need 1 Canned kidney beans
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Red chili pepper flakes or red chili pepper powder
  4. Prepare 1 clove Garlic (or onion)
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Powdered cumin
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  7. You need 1 as much (to taste) Sour cream or shredded cheese
