  1. Take 2 cans tuna (in water)
  2. Take 2 hard boiled eggs
  3. Use 1 large stalk celery, diced (optional)
  4. Get 2 tbsp sweet relish or diced dill pickles
  5. Get 2 tbsp white onion (minced)
  6. Use 2 tsp yellow mustard
  7. You need 2 tsp dried parsley
  8. Get to taste Salt and pepper
  9. Provide 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  10. Get 1/2 tsp celery seed
  11. Use 1/2 tsp hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot Sauce)

Steps to make My Tuna Salad:
  1. In a medium pot boil 2 large eggs.
  2. Add drained tuna to bowl and gently break up large chunks.
  3. Add eggs, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, onion, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and/or optional dill, celery seed, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Gently stir everything together and serve in a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad. Or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
