- Use 2 eggs

- Prepare 1/2 cup greek yogurt(preffered) but you can use what you have
- Get 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Take 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Prepare 1 pinch salt
- Provide 1 cup water for poaching the eggs

- Poach the eggs in one cup hot water.
- Melt the butter in a pan, immediately add in the chilli flakes, salt and the herbs.
- Add in 2 tbsp of water and mix
- Do the assembling, first pour out the yogurt (i had the normal ilara at home so used it), then place the eggs on it and lastly spread the cooked spices
- Serve with toasted bread as best accompaniment. Add a fruit to it for a balanced meal
